Gruppo IAR is active in the design and implementation
of structural recoveries, both static and anti-seismic, restoration of buildings,
both modern and historical identified as "cultural heritage".
In Europe, investments in the recovery of existing
buildings is exceeding the investments
in new construction, also in light of a lower occupation of green space.
In the cultural heritage sector, whose knowledge path
is not yet completed, research and experience are of fundamental importance, as
demonstrated by the interventions described below and their testing. All
intervention are carried out according
to the conservation principle.
Gruppo IAR strength is based on highly qualified
personnel, both for designing and for carrying out the consolidation interventions,
and tested proprietary materials.
